Our Application Process

  • APPLICATIONS ARE PROCESSED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. ONCE AN APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED, THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
  • Applications will be processed in order of scheduled showing appointment. 1st appointment has 24 hours to submit an application. If 1st applicant does not take the property or is not qualified, the 2nd scheduled appointment will be contacted & have an opportunity to submit an application & so on.
  • Applications can be submitted online, Go to “View available listings” you will see an “Apply Now” button. Each person over the age of 18 must submit a separate application. We will need 1 months worth of income documentation & a copy of your current picture ID with each application. You can upload those directly to your application, bring them into our office or send in an email.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate email addresses with each application.

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL ALL INFORMATION IS RECEIVED (with in the initial 24 hour period).

We have received your application, here's what to expect next.

You will receive a phone call &/or email within 48 hours letting you know if you're approved or denied.

IF approved you will receive an email containing a “Congratulations Letter” that will show the breakdown of move-in funds & instructions for payment. In a separate email you will receive a link to your tenant portal, there you can pay your security deposit via E-check (free) or with credit/debit card (a 3rd party processes these & there is a fee based on the amount of the transaction). Security deposits have to be paid within 48 hours of approval.

Move in/Docusign Procedures

Once an application is approved, a “Congratulations Letter” which has the move-in funds breakdown & instructions for payment will be emailed to you. This will also include a sheet of phone numbers for the utility companies. UTILITY ACCOUNT NUMBERS MUST BE PROVIDED TO RAM PRIOR TO RECEIVING KEYS.

Your lease and all of the addenda will come in 2 separate emails from “RightSignature”. All documents must be signed, initialed and dated where indicated by all parties.

Once all documents are signed and utility account numbers received, tenants can come pick up keys (on the day the lease is to start & not before), sign the PCR (property condition report), and pay any monies still owed (cashiers check or money order only if not paid online).

Maintenance Request forms

If you have a problem and need to fill out a Maintenance Request form, they can now be downloaded from the website or complete a request through your tenant portal. Just click on the Maintenance Request forms option on the right. You will need to have Adobe reader to access the file. If you don't have Adobe you can down load for free. Just click on the Adobe icon.
